’R-EM Motivation Workshops are an overwhelming success’.
On Saturday 20 September 2008, Poundbury was glowing in positive, soothing energies being emitted from the Brownsword Hall during the launch of R-EM.
During the day participants learnt more about themselves, their comfort zones, their strengths as a leader and as team players. They heightened their intuition, observational skills and learnt ways to cope with stress. They discovered how they see themselves and how others see them. Amongst varied techniques they studied energies, auras, colours, chakras, balance, time Tai Chi, their Higher Self and revisited their inner child. The day culminated in a full guided meditation.
